If you’ve participated in CPL in previous seasons, you’ll notice some changes to this year’s form. If you’re playing in more than one division, you’ll need to fill out a separate form for each division. Please use the same information (email, phone number, DUPR, etc.) for all submissions to help us keep track of your career stats.

To welcome both returning and new players to the New Jersey/Pennsylvania Region, we are offering three information sessions through Google Meet to share all essential information prior to the start of Week 1. Join us on one of the following dates!

Full Registration includes eligibility to play in matches and includes a jersey (if the deadline has not passed). Subs can play up to 2 matches before needing to purchase a full registration.
